Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread fresh cranberries over the dough and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Crumble the remaining dough on top of the cranberries.
