  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Β½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your veggies by shredding the cabbage and grating the carrots. Thinly slice the red bell pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gochujang, lime juice, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro to the bowl with dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
