  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, apricots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together nut butter and honey (or maple syrup). If needed, warm the nut butter slightly for easier mixing.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, pressing down firmly into an even layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
