  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Insert wooden sticks into the tops for easy dipping.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and butter. Stir until melted and bubbly.
  3. Gradually add the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Mix in the vanilla extract until smooth.
