- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Create the Dough: Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the foamy yeast mixture and melted butter; stir until combined into a shaggy dough.
- Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Shape the Rolls: Punch down the risen dough, divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Second Rise & Preheat Oven: Cover rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake & Brush with Garlic Butter: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter with minced garlic; brush over hot rolls after baking.
