- 1 cup (150g) frozen peas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp milk or butter for mashing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender (15-20 minutes), then drain and mash with milk or butter until smooth.
