  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix curry powder, garlic, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken wings in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight is best).
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the marinated wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving with extra lime juice if desired.
