- 8 oz Korean Glass Noodles (dangmyeon)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup protein (chicken, beef, or tofu), cubed

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Soak the Korean glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add your choice of protein and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
