Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook the marinated beef in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or in an Instant Pot on high pressure for 45 minutes until tender.
- Shred the cooked beef using two forks.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
- Assemble burritos by placing shredded beef, bell peppers, green onions, and Sriracha down the center of each tortilla; roll tightly.
