  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and firmly press into the bottom of a baking dish to create the crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Stir in mint extract, adjusting to taste. Spread half of this mixture evenly over the crust.
  4. Add another layer of crushed cookies followed by the remaining filling mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped topping and dust with cocoa powder. Chill for at least four hours or overnight.
