  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop about two tablespoons of dough, flatten it slightly, place one teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and fold the dough around it to form a ball.
  6. Place cookie balls on baking sheets about two inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
