  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces, dicing bell peppers, and mincing garlic.
