  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
