Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 cup red pepper jelly
  • Crackers or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base:
    • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Layer the Dip:
    • Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  3. Add the Jelly:
