- 15 oz canned pumpkin puree
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (or dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ziti pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, marinara sauce, ricotta, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half the basil until well combined.
- Toss cooked ziti in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
