  • 150g kimchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and slicing green onions.
  2. Cook the fresh noodles in boiling salted water until al dente (about 3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry mixed vegetables for about 5 minutes until tender.

  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili paste; mix well until everything is coated.
