  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag.
  3. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Mix sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in another bowl until smooth. Pour over the cookie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
