  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella blend)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cream cheese, eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Stir in half of the shredded cheese into the mixture.
  6. Pour into the greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
