  • 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Marinate for 15 minutes.

  5. Place marinated beef on the other side of the pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until beef is browned and broccoli is tender-crisp.
