  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado (sliced or mashed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread tortilla chips evenly across the sheet.
  3. Layer half of the shredded cheese over the chips, followed by black beans and jalapeños. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
