Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 3 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp balsamic reduction
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
