Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  5. Arrange stuffed potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
