  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Chop onions and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, garlic, buffalo sauce, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle cumin and paprika over the mixture; stir well to combine.
