- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), sliced

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Hoagie rolls or crusty bread
