  • 1 lb ground beef (20% fat)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, grilled or raw
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into 8 small balls (about 2 oz each).
  3. Place the beef balls in the skillet and flatten them with a spatula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper; cook for about 3 minutes until a crust forms.
  5. Flip patties, add onions on top, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, layer chopped lettuce, cooked patties, tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
