  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix sautéed spinach with artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
