  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss the tofu cubes with Sriracha sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tofu until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, warm corn tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
