Description

Surf and Turf Steak and Lobster Tails is a luxurious dish that combines the rich flavors of perfectly seared steak with the tender sweetness of lobster tails. Drizzled with a zesty garlic-lemon butter sauce, this gourmet meal is perfect for special occasions or a fancy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 2 Lobster tails (68 oz each)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw lobster tails if frozen. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  2. Season both sides of ribeye steaks with salt and pepper; rub in olive oil.
  3. Grill or sear steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°F internal temp).
  4. Cut the top shell of lobster tails and slightly pull apart to expose meat.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, and parsley until fragrant.
  6. Grill or broil lobster tails for 5-7 minutes until opaque.
  7. Serve steaks and lobster drizzled with garlic-lemon butter sauce.
