- 2 Ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 2 Lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Thaw lobster tails if frozen. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Season both sides of ribeye steaks with salt and pepper; rub in olive oil.
- Grill or sear steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°F internal temp).
- Cut the top shell of lobster tails and slightly pull apart to expose meat.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, and parsley until fragrant.
- Grill or broil lobster tails for 5-7 minutes until opaque.
- Serve steaks and lobster drizzled with garlic-lemon butter sauce.
