- 28 oz canned San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
