Ingredients

For the Creamer Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream Use fresh, not whipped.
  • 1 cup whole milk You can substitute with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk This adds sweetness and creaminess.
For the Pumpkin Spice Flavoring
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree Use canned or homemade.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon For extra warmth.
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Freshly grated is best.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger Ground ginger works well.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances the flavors.

Method

Prepare the Creamer Base
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk together until well blended. This creates a rich and creamy base for your creamer.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it is warm but not boiling. This helps to meld the flavors together without curdling the cream.
Add Pumpkin and Spices
  1. Once the creamer base is warm, add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk thoroughly to combine all ingredients. This step infuses the creamer with the warm, comforting flavors of fall.
  2. Continue to heat the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not let it boil. This ensures the spices are well incorporated and the flavors deepen.
Cool and Store
  1. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the creamer cool for a few minutes. This prevents condensation when storing.
  2. Pour the cooled creamer into a storage container or jar. Seal tightly and refrigerate. It will keep for up to one week.
Serve
  1. To serve, shake or stir the creamer before adding it to your coffee. Start with 2-3 tablespoons per cup of coffee and adjust to taste.
