- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).

- Grill patties for about 4 minutes on one side. Flip and add cheese to melt during the last minute.
