  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and eggs until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  5. Spread the batter in the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  6. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Spread over cooled bars and slice into squares.
