- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 cups marinara sauce (no added sugar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the baking sheet, place the first layer of lasagna noodles, then add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by more marinara. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce topped with remaining mozzarella.
