  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (sharp cheddar & mozzarella blend)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Add diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté until tender.
