Instructions

- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared sheets and create an indentation in each cookie for the jam.
- Fill each indentation with about half a teaspoon of jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
