Description

Buffalo chicken dip made with canned chicken is a must-have party appetizer that brings together creamy, spicy flavors and tender chicken, all topped with gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chicken, drained and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray an oven-safe dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the canned chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
