Instructions

  4. Preheat oven to 450°F. Punch down the dough and divide into eight pieces. Roll each into long ropes and twist into pretzel shapes.
  5. Boil water with baking soda in a large pot. Drop each pretzel into boiling water for about 30 seconds before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
